Abstract

Abstract

Sanskrit, the classical language of Indian civilization, represents not merely a linguistic medium but a conscious architecture of knowledge. It serves as the linguistic DNA of Yoga, encapsulating the philosophical, experiential, and scientific essence of human consciousness. This paper explores Sanskrit as both a repository (निधि) of Yogic wisdom and a bridge to modern science, especially in the fields of cognitive neuroscience, linguistics, and consciousness studies. Drawing upon ancient Yogic texts such as the Yoga Sūtras, Upaniṣads, Bhagavadgītā, and Vākyapadīya, alongside recent scientific theories, this research argues that Sanskrit is not a relic of the past but a futuristic epistemic system—a living tool for integrating subjective and objective sciences.
